What we expect from you...

  1. You must be able to attend at least 2 of our sessions a week for the 6 weeks.

  2. You must walk at least 10,000 steps every day or do one of our home workouts

  3. You must check-in with us daily so we are able to keep you on track (this takes about 30 secs from your phone using our online check-in system)

  4. You must weigh in weekly

How to sign up...

We’re pretty sure you’ll have plenty of questions about the challenge, but here is a little bit of what to expect once you fill in the sign up:

  • Once we receive your application we’ll normally send you a text message, if you're applying for our gym based Biggest Loser we'll invite you along to the gym to chat about your goals.

  • If you come to the gym we’ll ask questions about your goals so we better understand the help you need.

  • We’ll show you around the gym and explain exactly how the challenge works, including how our sessions are easily adaptable to suit all abilities.

  • There is never any pressure to sign up, we'll never give you the hard sell.

  • If you do decide to sign up we’ll invite you to come along to our Welcome Seminar on Sat 28th March so we can coach you through the nutrition programme.

  • For the following 6 week we’ll be on hand to guide you through the challenge and answer any questions you might have.

6 weeks biggest loser challenge - I’m finding it hard to put into words how much this has changed my life. I have always hated exercise and I love this. Just completed the 6 week biggest loser challenge and can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every minute – after getting over the initial shock to the system that is!

I’d got out of the habit of exercising regularly, started putting on weight but lacked the motivation to get back to the gym. I’d seen the 6 week challenge advertised on Facebook and after a couple of weeks of should I / shouldn’t I - decided to give it a go.

I was apprehensive and a bit nervous when I arrived for the first training session but everyone is so friendly and welcoming that you soon feel at ease. My ‘buddy’ during that first session said ‘I love it – I’m addicted’. My initial reaction was ‘she must be mad – this is so hard!’ but a few sessions in and I understood what she meant.

The sessions are hard work but they are also varied, fast paced and challenging. As you’re constantly on the go moving from one exercise to the next, the time goes so quick and Dan & Becki are always on hand to provide the support and encouragement you need to push yourself that little bit further.

I’ve lost lbs and inches over the last 6 weeks but also feel much more energetic, healthier and fitter – the 6 week challenge was definitely the kick-start I needed to get back into the habit of exercising and eating healthily.

I’ve now become a member and am looking forward to building on the progress I’ve made.

I started the 6 week biggest loser challenge at durable fitness without to many expectations of myself!


I have always found exercising to much like hard work and always found myself getting very bored very quickly and that coupled with various injuries meant i always gave in very quickly.


Not at durable fitness from day one dan made you feel comfortable about youself and made it clear that it is more than possible to lose weight and get fitter regardless of our fitness levels or weight aaas long as we work at it. Dan is very knowledgeable and is very approachable and friendly and if something is not working for you he will come up with a plan to help you.


The sessions are hard I'm not gonna lie , but if they are not hard and you're not out of breath , sweating , or have jelly legs at the end then you aint worked hard enough. Saying that i thoroughly enjoy them and always look forward to the next session.


I have lost far more weight than anticipated , l now have a smaller waist, butt , moobs and now have only 2 chins but joking apart even more important i feel healthier, fitter and have more energy than I've had in a long time.

So having seen friends change their bodies and lifestyle from being at Durable Fitness I joined up to the 6 week challenge when I saw it advertised on Facebook. I've been a member of numerous gyms before but after a while got bored....never anyone around to kick my butt if I wasn't working hard enough or tell me if I was doing something wrong and then I left. Omg no time to get bored here...love the way the exercising is done each station just 30 seconds...you seem to put so much more effort into it when you know the time is counting down. When can I train...

The challenge includes 3 training sessions a week, but we ask as a minimum you aim to complete at least 2 a week throughout the 6 weeks.
