Durable Fitness is holding a 4 week trial for our Boot Camp Seniors Programme.
We have developed a simple instructor led programme that anyone should be able to participant in. Boot Camp Seniors is part of our commitment to help make exercise accessible to everyone.
Exercises will be mainly body weight, using light weights or static holds. The focus will be on normal body movements such as standing up, sitting down, stretching, balancing and reaching up.
Sessions will start on 3rd March and are planned for Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays at 12:30pm and will last for 45 mins. There will also be a 5 minute feedback session at the end of each session.
