Our Essentials Membership gives you all the tools you need to transform your life. This membership is best suited for those who are self-motivated but aren't sure what they should be doing in terms of exercise and diet.
Our Essentials membership is like no other gym membership, here is what you get as a member at Durable Fitness.
We start by inviting you to the gym for a one to one chat, so we can understand your specific goals. It’s very informal and there is never any hard sell; we simply give you all the information, answer any questions and let you have a look around the gym…we’ll even stick the kettle on.
You’ll complete 3 of our awesome training sessions a week. Our programme is designed to suit every fitness level no matter whether you’re a beginner or advanced exerciser and our flexible timetable allows you to train whenever suits you best.
Everything we do is instructor led so there is never any guess work
Confused about diet? That's hardly surprising with all the contradictory information available online. We will teach you everything you need to know about dieting with our online nutrition video, taking you from diet novice to guru.
You'll also receive new recipes to try each month, to keep your diet fresh.
Track Your Progress
We track everything, from every training session to your body metrics.
We know keeping people accountable is the most important factor in achieving your goals, that's why you'll check in with us every week to ensure we keep you on track.
All for £45 a month
As we’ve already mentioned we are different than most other gyms. Before anyone starts we will take the time to find out your specific goals, therefore to get started we ask you to click the button below and fill in the register interest form. We will then get in touch and arrange a time for you to come along to the gym. This is not a sales pitch, it’s very laid back and is a nice relaxed way of getting you through the door for the first time.
