40 Min Taster Session



Here’s the 40 min taster session from our new home workout programme promised in last week’s announcement. You’ll get a much better understanding of what to expect. So, get your workout gear on and give it a go.

Each workout will have 25 and 40 min versions.


Here’s the structure of a 40 min session.


> 3 min warm up


> 8 mins on 2 main compound exercises (4 sets)


> 12 mins on 3 secondary compound exercises (4 sets)


> 6 mins on 2 complimentary exercises, including isolation work (3 sets)


> 6 mins cardio finisher (3 sets)


> (1 min rest in between each section)

> 3 min warm up (3 sets)


> 6 mins on 2 main compound exercises (3 sets)


> 6 mins on 3 secondary compound exercises (2 sets)


> 6 mins cardio finisher (3 sets)


> (1 min rest in between each section)
