A quick update...more to follow

I appreciate we are bombarding you with lots of information and there is likely to be more to come but just try to keep an eye on the app on the Facebook group. I was live for 20 minutes earlier, this post summarises that video.

Thanks for your support in this difficult time, there is no immediate threat to DF but the longer this goes on the more worrying this will be.

We will do everything we can to keep you training and active whether you’re able to make it to the gym or not, we will be Facebook living a lot of our sessions so you can take part.

Here are the things we will be asking of you:

🏋️‍♀️ DO NOT come to the gym for 2 weeks if anyone in your household has a temperature or a new continuous cough.

🏋️‍♀️ DO NOT come to the gym if you are concerned you will come into contact with anyone who is vulnerable

🏋️‍♀️ Wear the disposable gloves we are providing at the gym

🏋️‍♀️ Bring your own towel with you, it must be large enough for you to place your hands on whilst training and to prevent your sweat getting onto the mat – YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRAIN IF YOU COME WITHOUT A TOWEL

🏋️‍♀️ Actively manage your booking to come at the quietest times where possible.

🏋️‍♀️ Do no book double sessions. It’s ok to stay if there are spaces available but do not book these in advance as you could prevent people from getting to sessions.

🏋️‍♀️ Wait in the car until the previous session leaves, do not congregate in the front room

🏋️‍♀️ Avoid all physical contact with others

What we are doing

⭐️ Suspending the current Boot Camp cycle and they are being replaced with body weight sessions which will mean you’re able to train without sharing equipment or having to move around the gym

⭐️ Reducing max session size to 20 people to reduce the density inside the gym

⭐️ Sessions are reduced to 25 minutes to maintain availability for all

⭐️ Live stream on the Facebook group all 5 past sessions. Ie 5:05am, 6:05am, 7:05am 10:05am etc

⭐️ Leaving the doors propped open, meaning you’re not having to touch anything when you come to the gym

⭐️ Opening the large shutter to improve airflow where the weather allows

⭐️ Review all Government guidance daily and provide an update within 24 hours.
